This 15-mile drive from County Road A-1 and Eagle Lake, is a steep, narrow and windy tour. This lookout, dedicated in 1978, is unique in that it was the first solar powered lookout in the United States. The spectacular view includes Lassen Peak, Mt. Shasta, Eagle Lake, and western Nevada.
