At the Carter House Natural Science Museum, you can get close to nature. You'll examine plants, inspect insects, and take a closer look at animals. The Carter House allows children and adults alike the opportunity to experience life through the eyes of a scientist and discover a new world in the smallest of creatures.
Plan for a hike around the Redding Arboretum nearby. This 2.2 mile hike is family friendly, but bring your own water.
