El Centro - Scenic Drives

El Centro is surrounded by chapparal and dunes. Add that El Centro is so much lower than most places in the United States and any drive can have a touch of the otherworldly to it. The drives below are only established routes - you may want to just start your motor and wander.

Mexican Border Scenic Drive		49 miles	1-2 hours

	Travel a portion of California Highway 94 through a scenery change - from San Diegan hills to the dry desert expanse of the Imperial Valley.
