 Some More Things to Know

Frog Pond Campground makes for a great escape vacation. Lake Oogarmomtok, locally named Frog Pond, is a small lake that is occasionally stocked with trout. The drive to the campground is scenic and offers views of the river corridor below.



 Directions

To reach Frog Pond, take Highway 96 north from Orleans for 24 miles. Turn onto Road 14N69. This road is easy to miss. It is located just past a bridge that crosses the Klamath River, and is a ¼ of mile before the Dillon Creek campground. Follow14N69 for 2 miles to its end at a three way intersection. turn left onto 14N21. After 4 miles turn into Road 13N13 (a dirt road). The campgrounds is at the 1,900 foot elevation.
