 Getting There

  Lake Tahoe is located in northern California, straddling the eastern border with Nevada. The lake is 107 miles east of Sacramento along US 50, 192 miles east of San Francisco, and 45 miles southwest of Reno, Nevada.

 Airport Information

  Most visitors to Lake Tahoe fly into Reno-Tahoe International Airport, which services ten airlines and dozens of major cities. From the airport, it’s a 40 minute drive to the north shore and 90 minutes to the south shore of the lake. Shuttle services are available.
