Castaic Lake is a record breaking (and keeping) lake for striper bass, and rainbow trout, largemouth bass, bluegill, carp and channel catfish are all species you can expect to find in Los Angeles's reservoirs. If you'd prefer to set down a line in the ocean, set some bait aside for yellowtail, calico bass and white seabass, as well as bluefin tuna and rockfish.
