A close up view of an Osprey nest and a chance to watch an Osprey in flight. Telescopes were recently installed, a view you do not want to miss! A great photo opportunity of Eagle Lake. Educational displays about ospreys and bald eagles enhance your visit. Located 1/2 mile east of Galatin Beach by the Galatin House. The trail is approximately 1/2 mile long and not an easy walk. Dirt parking lot with room for 5 vehicles. Accessible paved parking (2 spaces) is available at the top of the trail at the overlook. The overlook is paved and accessible.
