Sebastiani Vineyards & Winery

Sebastiani Vineyards & Winery

The Sebastiani Vineyards and Winery have been around for a very long time, which gives a winery tour a historical flavor. Indeed, if there's a richness to well-aged wine, there's a richness to a well-aged building and Sebastiani Winery is a beautiful walk-through. Tasting rooms with vaulted ceilings and banquet tables that seem to stretch for half miles . . . it's exaggeration, certainly, but this winery has a sense of scale.

Sebastiani's sense of the past is reflected not only in winery tours, but in trolley tours, only appropriate as Sebastiani Winery isn't the only historical site in the area. You'll also find an art gallery to explore and the Sebastiani family home is worth a look.

After you've explored and tasted, check out the marketplace. The Cherryblock Cabernet Sauvignon is Sebastiani's signature wine, pressed and fermented from the Cherryblock estate vineyard. It's a very rich wine and can be found nowhere else.
