Sequoia/Kings Canyon National Park - Skiing / Snowboarding

Three ski resorts occupy the Sierra Mountains near Sequoia/Kings National Park and Mammoth Mountain truly lives up to its name. With thousands of acres of skiable terrain and 150 runs that vary wildly in style and difficulty, Mammoth Mountain can keep even the most dedicated skier busy for years. Two more intimate resorts also occupy these mountains. June Mountain is uncrowded with diverse runs, sometimes steep, sometimes gradual. Sierra Summit has a quiet touch of the rustic to its style and three terrain parks.
