Getting There |

Driving a car in Tijuana can be a little hectic. If you are traveling to Tijuana from the US and not planning to travel beyond Tijuana, it is best to leave your vehicle on the US side and either walk across the border and catch a taxi or catch a bus across the border. Car rentals are available at the airport as well as other areas within the city. The main highways of Tijuana are a four-lane toll road and a two-lane highway that heads south to Ensenada, a two-lane highway that heads east to Mexicali, and a four-lane toll road that heads east to Tecate and Mexicali. |
