Weed Historic Lumber Town Museum

Learn more about this uniquely named town by exploring its history through artifacts and photos. When you visit the Weed Historic Museum, you'll learn more about Abner Weed, the hardy founder of this once thriving lumber town. Now a peaceful retirement community, Weed still honors its heritage in this museum. You'll see an old stagecoach and surrey, antique saws and cameras, and gas lanterns, among others. The museum has also decorated rooms to recreate what life in the early 1900s was all about.
