Head far enough south and you can watch the cliff divers in Acapulco, or catch a show from ‘La Bufadora,' the marine geyser in Ensenada. Plenty of deep sea fishing spots are available through out the Pacific while it's awesome beaches and big waves that set the scene in Hawaii.
