Cascades - Hiking

Ambitious hikers are drawn to the California Cascades for a shot at the summits of Mount Shasta and Mount Lassen, or multi-day hikes along the Pacific Crest Trail. Happily for those less inclined to bivouac overnight in the boonies, there is also a good range of day-hikes to consider in the general area.
