From Charlotte/Greensboro, NC-Take I-85 North to US-70 East/US-29 North, which turns back into I-85 North to Durham. Take Exit 175/Guess Road/NC-157 and turn right onto Guess Road. From Raleigh, NC-Take I-40 West to Exit 279B/NC-147 toward Duke University East Campus. Turn right onto Swift Ave, which becomes Broad St. and turn slight left onto Guess Road. Traveling I-85 Northbound - Take the Hillendale exit (174). Make a right, then turn left on Indian Trail (First left). Turn left at stop sign onto Carolina Ave. Next, turn right onto Sovereign at next stop sign. The (Americas) Best Value Carolina Duke Inn is on your right.
