When A.W. Hays retired from the trucking industry in 1982, he wasn't content to just sit around. Instead, he turned his love of trucks and his sizable collection into a museum dedicated to trucks and the history of trucking. The Hays Antique Truck Museum not contains one of the largest collections of antique trucks in the nation and includes over 100 different makes. It is now included in the Heidrick Ag History Center.
