From Fresno, California, travel east on Highway 180/Kings Canyon Highway to the Clovis Avenue exit. Turn right onto North Clovis Avenue, and then immediately turn left on East Belmont Avenue. After about 13 miles the road veers left and becomes East Trimmer Springs Road. Continue traveling for approximately 20 miles; the entrance to Trimmer Recreation Area is on the right.
