Description
Located among the beautiful pines and mature oaks of Buck Meadows our resort is just 15 minutes to the Big Oak Flat (west) gate to Yosemite. In every direction the views are spectacular and from the top of the hill on our 43 acre facility you can see the snow covered peaks in Yosemite. Many activities are nearby including river rafting, hiking trails, horseback riding, golf and natures own Rainbow Pool is just 4 minutes away with beautiful waterfalls raining down on you as you swim. At an elevation of 3,000 ft. we generally experience warm summer days in the 80's and low 90's and cool nights in the 60's with over 300 days of sunshine average per year.
Yosemite Ridge Resort features Camping Cabins, Family Cabins and Garden Cottages, and Large Full Hookup RV Spaces. Also, you will find a Full Service Restaurant, General Store, Gas Station, LP Gas and a Laundromat on premise. The restaurant is the 49'er, built in 1952 and lovingly restored, and offers substantial portions for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Even the 1950's vintage cedar showers and bathrooms have been restored to their original lustre with 'individual' showers and dressing areas on both the men's and women's sides.
Rafting and golf are scarcely a walk away and beautiful Toloumne River Canyon is nearby, a wonderful hike in and of itself.

Our RV sites are large and can accommodate any size RV or slide-out (Learn more about our RV sites).
Note: All linens, blankets, pillows, pots, pans, dishes, glasses and utensils are provided in Camping Cabins, Family Cabins and Garden Cottages. These are "housekeeping" units and do not have everyday maid service. New towels and linens are available on request for those staying more than two nights.

Our full service Buck Meadows Restaurant open March through November serves great home-style food in large portions at a very reasonable price. Our menu features American, Italian and Mexican favorites. The General Store carries everything you might need while you're away from home as well as food, beverages and Yosemite merchandise.
