Both Snow Summit and Bear Mountain boast professionally-taught skiing and snowboarding lessons for beginners through experts, full service rental shops, fine food outlets, complete sport shops, full service bars and a complimentary shuttle service between the two resorts.

"The Park" at Bear Mountain is Southern California’s ultimate place to learn to snowboard and the only mountain resort in the U.S. devoted almost entirely to freestyle terrain. At its peak, "The Park" incorporates over 100 jumps with step-ups, step-downs, tables, hips, vaders, spines and rollers and nearly 60 jibs including rails and boxes! "The Park" is also home to Southern California’s only Superpipe with an enormous length of 580 feet, a width of 67 feet and 17 foot walls!
