Description

And you think a two-day road trip gets wearisome - try a 2,000 mile slog - by covered wagon! So take those squabbling siblings in the back seat to the Philip Foster Farm and give them a glimpse of what it could have been like, way back when. This National Historic Site was once the home of pioneers who settled here near the end of the Oregon Trail. In addition to original homes constructed in the 19th-century find also peaceful gardens, a smithy, covered wagons and a variety of historic artifacts.
