Description

You might think you know what an ashtray is, or a petticoat, or even an Eiffel Tower, but a visit to the Roseville Telephone Museum may just change your mind. These are all slang for different types of telephones collected at the museum. The Roseville Telephone Museum houses an expansive collection of antique phones, including some original phones designed by Alexander Graham Bell around 1876. You will also see displays of switchboards, novelty phones, and some telephone booths. While admission is free, it's by appointment only so plan ahead because other visitors agree that this museum is a must.
