Off of Highway 154, San Marcos Pass area, at the intersection of East Camino Cielo and Painted Cave Roads on Cielo Vista Trail. From Hwy 154 at San Marcos Pass, go east on East Camino Cielo to Painted Cave Road intersection. The Cielo Vista trail starts up the old fire road on the west side of the intersection.
