The Royal Polaris is a 113 foot boat with an unsurpassed catch record and capacity for multi-week fishing trips to the islands off the Mexican coast. Accommodations aboard the Royal Polaris are first class. She boasts 18 air-conditioned staterooms (some with private heads) and a beautifully appointed lounge with spacious seating for 30 people. TV, VCR and a stereo are available for your entertainment. There are comfortable lounging facilities on the upper deck for the pleasure of sun worshippers. For many Years the cuisine on the Royal Polaris has been rated as the finest in the fleet. Chefs Jim Guyot, Marc Maluda and Jim Stong are constantly creating a fine variety of meals. All dinners include homemade bread and pastries which are made daily aboard the Royal Polaris. In addition to three delightful meals a day, fresh baked goods are served mid-morning and horsd'oeuvres are served every evening. Snacks and fresh fruit are always available. Those passengers that have special dietary requests are always pleased.
