Description

Many parks are designed for hikers or bikers or, in some cases, boating, but McCall Park is very much a park for the equestrian. The trails here are designed for horseback riding and the campgrounds are reserved purely for horse camping. This park is very specialized indeed and also very beautiful. Situated in Idyllwild as it is, the backdrop is the San Jacinto Mountains, the trees are tall pines and the air is clean and cool.
