The campground and Trailhead serve as a staging area for various trails that provide access to the Marble Mountain Wilderness. The campground provides a remote camping experience and has a view of the Marble Mountains. There are corrals, stock water and a stock loading ramp. Parking is available for most of the season. Lover's Camp is very busy during holiday weekends and opening weekend of hunting season.
