Description

Johnson Valley is another exciting desert landscape, and that landscape is everything from hill to dry lake to mountains. The elevation is greatest at Hartwell Hills, where it peaks at 4,600 feet, and is a comparatively low 2,300 feet at Melville Dry Lake. Bring lots of water and prepared for a rugged experience.
